I gave them tons of info - reports, letters from 5 doctors, etc... They denied me due to not having the evidence to back up the fact that I couldn't work...how much do they want? I've give them an FCE, tons of PT/ST paperwork and most recently a 10 page Vocational Assessment ordered by BVR. They think that I can go back to working as a Radiology Transcriptionist when the report showed that I scored the lowest in finger dexterity and spelling. I was also tested 2/6 by my Neuropsychologist who came up with the same thing. My case has been proven over and over again. I've even had the hospital that I worked at go to bat for me, starting at the Senior Vice President level! I've been so stressed out for so long and with my illness, it could cause me to have a stroke! I agree about the Class Action Suit! Does anyone else?
