You know that just the thing with investing -- you have to be prepared to lose!!!!! It isnt Merril Lynch's fault, some of the culpability my lie with the broker, some with the client. As Hemingway wrote in THE SUN ALSO RISES: "How did you go bankrupt?" ... "Gradually, then suddenly."
Caveat emptor -- let the buyer beware.
Always when you invest -- you have the potential of loss.
