I spoke to someone at Pacificare over a week ago,
regarding a bill to Dr. William Allen (an ortho-
pedic physician here in Kerrville). I received
a notice from his office stating that nothing at
all had been paid on my claim. The balance was
$7l.59; Medicare had already paid theirs. I was
assured that the $7l.59 would be paid within a
day. I received an EOB from your company showing
that you only paid $46.45. Why? When you told
me it would be paid, I expected you to honor that
claim as I pay a great deal of money each year
to you for services such as this.
