NOT TRUE. Where you got this from I am not sure. You get your full commission.The RVP gets an over-ride but this money is not taken from you or off youre commission.

True.Just remember that the $199 is reimbursed to you once training is complete so actually it doesnt cost you anything to start.You do have to pay your own licencing fees though.

To each their own here. Noone says you need 100 ppl in the first year and if that did happen then it would be great for you. Recruitng is a part of this business and if people cant come to grips with that I dont know what to say.
