Depending on what state you are in, you can check to see if the company has many complaints. Typically life insurance companies don't challenge claims, either the insured is dead or not.
When people disapear or commit suicide within two years of getting the policy, then the insurer will suspect fraud and demand an investigation before paying out the death benefit.

: Do any of you know anything about this company please? I have been very worried by the poor customer service since I first started the procedure of taking out a policy with them over six months ago. I just have this awful feeling about this company that if I take out this life insurance policy they will be just as inefficient when it comes to the payout! Who monitors insurance companies? Where can I find out about this company and where would I make a complaint? Thank you in advance for any help you can give.
