:Nat'l almost 5 months to pay me for my car and it would have took even longer had the attorney not threatened them with additional action. And the horrible adjustor Rachel Schnitzer tried withdrawing their settlement offer with me since she made a mistake. Attorney said NO, this was a legally binding contract. Also, they tried to give me back my smashed up vehicle after I told the tow yard NO.. attorney said that wasn't in the agreement and my HOA will also not allow this car to sit in front of my house. CN sent him back the title to my car and delivered the car anyways! They also did not pay the tow yard and when the tow yard billed me for $1500.00 in storage fees, yep, atty fired off another letter to Coast Nat'l and actually said the adjustor was crazy. I would be really suprised if this adjustor was still working there after all of this-she costed CN alot of money. What a circus this claim was!!!!
