Of course if there is no body or an accidental death (where the face value may be double), things could get complicated with the insurance company. One example could be where a man dies during a heart attack while driving and runs into something having both trauma from the accident and coronary issues. Which one killed him? That is up to the medical examiners to decide, but the survivors or insurer could certainly contest it if they did not like hte outcome.

: Usually there is not too much debate about paying on a life insurance claim. You have a death certificate, you get paid on the life insurance polciy.
: : AAA Life insurance customer service sucks! I have been trying unsuccessfully to find out how good they at paying out on life insurance polcies. They are a huge company, so customer service wise, the payees may be waiting a very long time!
