: We had a flood last July, it is now May and we have had zero progress on our claim since last fall. We have been sued by one of their vendors because of their stupidity and they have refused to accept responsibility or take action. Our agent, Lynn Wylde, has failed us at every step and turn, it is impossible to know if she is more stupid or more incompetent. She advised us to violate state law and file a false report because she did not want to take any action to correct. Avoid State farm at all costs!!
