i am very glad i read this report. my aunt is trying to get me to sign up with primerica, and i had never heard of them until last week. i wasn't too thriled about their meeting and the way they tried to sucker people in by using their families, God, and real dreams. they are a bunch of sneaky bastards. i didnt sign up during the meeting so my aunt scheduled a meeting with my husband and i earlier today. i did a LOT of research and copied over 20 lawsuits and settlements against citigroup and various complaints from citizens, in and out of america. i just cant see anything cititgroup does as moral or just, but my aunt left me feeling questionable about my own moral judgments. i am glad i bombarded her with questions so that by the time the end of the meeting came around, she was too tired to get me to sign anything. still though, i almost felt like signing up, not for the insurance but for investments. i hadn't found a story, until now, by someone who actually joined the company years ago and is getting screwed( i have yet to find one that didnt pay the families.) i would never be able to afford that kind of premium and if i could i would never want to. thank you for posting your experience, brian. it is very sad that people can say, that what citigroup and primerica and others like it, is legal. it blows my mind. i think the only reason it is legal is because they pay people to keep it legal. and im not surprised that citigroup controls domains created against them to cover their tracks. thank god for the internet.
