You're wrong! Mercury is up there in customer service and very helpful when processing claims. They cost less than average and offer the same coverage as other competitors. They are very quick and helpful over the phone, offer free quotes and discounts for paying in full. We've had them for several years and are very impressed. I would recommend them to anyone!

: Mercury insurance is the dirtiest, scumiest auto insurance on the planet. If you think signing up with them is bad, try dealing with them if you have a claim. They will fight it tooth and nail with the dirtiest tactics and lawyers to be found. My advice is to AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
