I disagree, I loved that I could call GEICO 24/7/365 when ever I needed to change something on my policy or just had a question on my mind. I once called at 3am to add a car to my policy so I could drive it home and be covered and legal. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to talk to a live person and always got a friendly and experienced agent to talk too.

: GEICO insurance maliciously manufactured a charge of responsibility for an automobile accident against my wife and their policyholder.
: GEICO did this intentionally to limit and/or avoid the cost of investigating this accident. An accident which eventually was evidenced sufficiently to show it was clearly caused by the other driver, of Pinkerton Security Service.
: Parties to this were CEO employees Mr. David Bronder, Mr. Mike Williams, Mr. Dave Fetchina, CEO Tony Nicely, and many others who either twisted and/or avoided the truth.
: GEICO SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED!!! In this accident situation as an example, at the time GEICO made their decision against my wife, they had not seen the damage to the other vehicle nor had they even received a statement from the other driver. And that only scratches the surface of their deceit and negligence.
