: Watch out for Safeco Insurance. : Trying to cancel with this company takes and act from Congress! : They deliberately make it hard to cancel your policy so that they can keep the rebills coming. They will not allow you to cancel with them directly only your agent. But if your agent does not call you back cause they know what you want to do you are stuck. Safeco knows this and makes it hard to cancel. Even with a written letter to them my policy was still not cancelled until my 4th phone call to a supervisor. : STAY AWAY FROM SAFECO!!!!!!! : I switched to AAA and so far I love it!
