Very poor choice. No positive comments. Actually, Berkshire (Guardian) is a very poor choice for long term care insurance. They just turned us down and didn't even have the decency to contact us by phone. We got a form letter! And they won't let us see the reasons; they have said they "Reserve the Right to Send This Information ONLY To Our Physican!" How rude! The problem is that their interviewers were very sub-standard and now this has ruined our chances to get Long Term care insurance anywhere else! Our advise is "you should call the shots!" Don't agree to their slow service and their below average business practices. Poor choice for us!
