A sales person from National Union Fire Insurance Company called my house to ask that I review a disability policy for 90 days. After reviewing the policy, I could cancel at any time without charge. I would also recieve a $25 gas card as a benefit for reviewing the policy. When I called the company to say I did not want the policy, the rep I spoke with said I could not cancel the policy becuase it was in my husbands name. When the saleperson called to offer me the policy they NEVER even asked to speak with my husband or asked if it was okay with him to get the policy. It's been 2 months and I'm still waiting for the gas card.
