If you have any problems with their response, after a month time I recommend immediately you contact the Texas Department of Insurance at 1-800-252-3439. It is now October and I have been trying to get Reassure Amer. to abide by the terms of the Southwestern Life policy on my wife, and we first put in her request in mid-July.
