I swear, lets give the Phoenix office of CN a trapeze artist, a clown and some popcorn since this claim has been such a circus,,,,if you get hit by one of thier policy holders then it sucks being you, plan on a LONG, delayed, drawn out hassle,, you will get nothing less from these bozos. CN is owned by Bristol West and is notorious for lousy customer service, very rude adjustors who will not call you back and they insure high-risk drivers. My claim has been open since December,,, I was hit by a drunk who was insured by Coast,, and to make matters worse, this was a multi-vehicle collision and my car was totaled.. I only had liability insurancce I know, big mistake. I got hit pretty hard and now I have a medical claim too, and this has pissed the adjustor off even more. I had to go to an attorney after being ignored over and over by the adjustor. They didnt accept responsibiity for the accident until a month afterwards and it just gets worse. Atty commented this has been a terrible company to deal with and he has fired off another letter to them, theyve delayed this over and over. No one, not even the adjustor's supervisor, has returned any calls lately. I have spoken to 2 other drivers that were involved in this mess and theyve said the exact same thing!! One is contacting the insurance Board on this company,,, its been comical it's been so bad. I would not insure my vehicle with this company even if it was free. What a joke!! Maybe before the end of the year I'll get paid for my car. No one wants to bother with a complaint to the corporate office in CA since its obvious this company does not care,,, drivers need to pay the extra money and insure with a good-faith insurer that doesnt treat people like trash.Their sister company, Bristol West is just as bad from what I understand.
