It sounds like your son has a bad faith insurance claim. Juries punish companies that do this.
Get an experianced insurance lawyer well versed in bad faith claims payment.

: My son is a 10 year employee of a major world wide company. He has paid disability ins. payments for all this time. He has a wife & 2 small children. He has been ill for 8 months with an unknown illness. He has finally been diagnois with a very rare serious illnes. Aetna has not paid him one dime. He and his family has lost everything they own. They are living in a borrowed 5th wheel. They told the company he works for that he is not really ill. How can they get away with this. What are we supposed to do.
