Yes, you certainly can. As was in this case:

Huras v. Primerica Financial Services Inc.

A settlement with Primerica Financial Services Ltd. for alleging breaching the Employment Standards Act (failure to pay for mandatory training) was reached in 2001.

If you browse the Employment Standards Act, you can find everything you need for this lawsuit.


: Is it posssible that for the thousands of people that claim to be ripped of by Primerica to initiate a lawsuit on Primerica in an attempt to recover the $200.00 spent on the application.
