I have a client that has this insurance and I have found a point of contact for anyone needing it.
The company relocated to Macon GA and then may have changed names again. My contact provided me with the following information: United Insurance Co of America, ATTN: Correspondence, 12115 Lackland Road, St. Louis, MO 63146. The telephone number is 800-777-8467. When you call give them your policy number for Southwestern General Life. If they are unable to locate it by policy number they will need the policy holder's name and date of birth. If they are unable to locate it with that information then you will have to photocopy the policy and any other documentation you have and send it to the address listed above. They will research the policy and get back with you. Good luck.
