Another irate non-Safeco customer. They insure a driver of a dump truck, P & D Trucking, who clips my car changing lanes. He runs off and I have to chase him down through 3 lights to get his info (Mauricio Amaya). He first claims "You were in my lane." So he knew about the wreck whose scene he had just fled. Then he admits to the cop "I didn't see him when I merged." All on the police report. Then Eric Cruz and his claims boss at Safeco take a third statement from this liar, in which he throws a "wasn't my fault" into the mix. Which version do you think Safeco chose to believe?
BAD company. Bad business practice, too. How much will court cost you? Lousy baseball team, too. And see you in court, jerks.
