who are you going to believe? I could be a representative of either company and tell you what ever I want that is positive about my company and just say I'm Randy, a customer.. also, why are any of you ripping on Billy? He told them 3 times just to mail him his information, and they still asked him for a fax number. Is he supposed to know the fax number of the motor vehicle registration office, or the fax number of the Walgreen's? I graduated college in 2007 and then found out that fax was short for facsimile, I never used the damn things.. and you claim he had no problem getting on the internet to write his post.. how do you know he didn't just get internet, or happen to be somewhere with internet when he posed this? Man, all you people against Billy would probably love their job as a customer (non)service rep for Geico. -Peace Out. -Randy
