I also have a policy with this gap insurance company of Beacon Industries. I have sent them everything both regular post mail as well as certified and to date I have been unable to get into contact by the phone and no longer receive mail. The leftover money is on my credit report and is slowly deteriorating my credit rating. If anyone knows of any possible way to take care of this dilemma, please e-mail me as soon as possible.
