I have too been looking for info about National Trust Life, but for other reasons. I haven't been able to find anything via Google about the company.
The only suggestion that I can make is that you google "Memphis Life Underwriters Association." It goes by a different name now, but there website should be one of first few listings on Google. You can try contacting them to see if anyone associated with the association could help you.
