Is the huge class action against Guardian for bad faith settled yet?

If so, you might have problems with your claim if you did not opt out and the class was in your state.

: I have filed a claim against Berkshire Life a.k.a. Guardian for unpaid disability benefits in the state of Colorado. The company has 81 complaints filed with the CO Bureau of Insurance. Anyone else have problems with unpaid claims?
