I have had the most unbelievably bad customer service with AAA insurance that I've ever had in my 46 years. I am warning everyone to NOT get AAA insurance! I've been with them for 5 years, and then when we filed a claim they've been the rudest, most inept people I've ever seen in my life. The representative even HUNG UP ON ME (after he told me to "go elsewhere for insurance, then")
