: Your the one that said term cost more then W.L. for someones lifetime. I just asked if they have 1/2 million in investments and they didn't buy any insurance at age 65 would W.L or term been cheaper over thier lifetime ( or should i say purchased time?) Don't avoid the question by saying "if they stopped buying insurance what difference does it make which one is more or less?" I know, I don't care what the cost of term or W.L will be at age 65, I'm not buying any kind then, that's my point. So which is cheaper term or W.L till the age 65?

--Ray, I think even you are smart enough to figure that out. It depends on when they originally bought it. Like I stated, CV will be less per thousand in most cases over a lifetime (80 years) than term will. For example, if one bought a 25 year term policy at age 25 then had to renew at age 50 for another 15 years, that would typically be more expensive per thousand than if that person would have purchased a CV type product at 25 and then kept it to age 65.
