Your agent, if you have one, should take care of this.
It's pretty common what happened to you, many people gets tickets sent to the wrong address, forget to change their address after moving, or the DMV doesn't honor their requests to change their address.
I don't think Alstate should have a problem doing this, unless you've had other claims, but you have to call them.
