We have had PacifiCare for a year now and they have yet to pay any claims. All claims submitted are for preventative care (mamograms, annual blood work, etc). When calling there is a stream of constant excuses. You can never work with one person at the company but get someone different each time and they will only identify themselves by first name. This is the very worst service I have ever seen and I worry contstantly that I will get sick or injured knowing, although we pay dearly for it, we have no REAL coverage.
