Not to mention, they fraudulently deny claims. I filed a claim under the company I was currently employed with and they denied the claim under a previous employer policy. After numerous calls to tell them they were processing the claim incorrectly, they still are processing it incorrectly. I have filed a formal complaint with the State of Colorado. If anyone has had the same problem, please post. I'm very interested in seeing if this is a trend, which would warrant a class-action lawsuit.
