Their sales reps tell big lies to trick elderly people into switching over to their scam from good insurance, then they deny routine bills that Medicare always paid. The biggest lie 'there's absolutely no risk in trying it, you have a full year to change back to what you had before with no problem, all you have to do is ask.' When you ask, they won't tell you how and won't make any attempt to help you find your way back to legitimate insurance companies - you will find yourself thrown to the wolves with no supplemental coverage at all from their lack of service. Their customer service is a 0 on a scale of 1 to 10. There ought to be a law against what they are doing. Maybe there is?
