Instead calling UHC, contact your group administrator, this is usually the HR Manager or someone along those lines. Let them know your situation, they can contact UHC or the Broker who sold them the policy. Larger groups are usually assigned a dedicated account manager, who resolves problems for the group or broker. Turn around times for corrections are MUCH faster and first time resolution is important. If you or the group as a whole are dissatisfied with your insurance carrier, let them know so this can be address at renewal - your voice can make the difference.
