Well its funny how most of you are very misinformed. You don't have to recruit if you don't want to, I have been with the company for three years now and on my own efforts make lots of money. But like any broker in order to be an actual business owner you need to recruit and train agents to produce independantly of you. As for a pyramid, that is illegal. Its a network marketing compay and think about it in your line of work is everything single level? everybody is a manager right? or everyone is a secritary right? Every business has diffrent levels, multilevels of managment ect...
