Berty - thank you so much....this number was the right number - helped my mom out...she had to go thru a lot of options, but finally got an operator. My dad's policy was from 1983, said they had to go to an old system, would have a supervisor call back.. My father's policy was from National Home Life Assurance Co, Malvern, PA., Missouri Bank, Kansas City.
