: : And if somene is retired at age 65 and has 1/2 million in an IRA or 401K and stopped purcashing life insurance at that time? is the cost greater for term or W.L?

: --Gee, Ray, if they stopped buying insurance what difference does it make which one is more or less?

Your the one that said term cost more then W.L. for someones lifetime. I just asked if they have 1/2 million in investments and they didn't buy any insurance at age 65 would W.L or term been cheaper over thier lifetime ( or should i say purchased time?) Don't avoid the question by saying "if they stopped buying insurance what difference does it make which one is more or less?" I know, I don't care what the cost of term or W.L will be at age 65, I'm not buying any kind then, that's my point. So which is cheaper term or W.L till the age 65?

: : Are you planning on purchasing it till 80? I'm not.

: --Why not? Why self-insure dollar for dollar, when you can buy it for pennies on the dollar?

: :
: : : Sorry, should have clarified. Average life span is around 80 years old.

: : : : : : I will tell you this much, we are the cheapest when it comes to total amount issued on all insurance. a death benefit is a death benefit, it doesn't make a difference if it is whole life U.L. or term.

: : : : : --Ray, you probably don't want to get started on that one! As I've posted before, I've never sold a CV product as most people are better off with term, but if you want to compare cost per thousand of coverage over one's lifetime, CV will beat just about anyone's terms product!

: : : : Thats not true, what about the guy that dies at age 30, 40 ,45. let's look at the average person that died on 9-11. I have that stat somewhere and when i find it i'll let you know what the exact age was. I know it was below 40. So, what is "ones lifetime"?
