Mislead:
Well which is it? Did they get fired for not going to church or were they told by PFSHQ they were fired but we are not going to tell you why?
Just how ridiculous is this thread going to get?
You know RVP's sign contracts with company, right?
: You haven't exposed anything! First the lawyer (or paralegal if that's what you want) would have to prove that Primerica did indeed fire a person for attending church. I highly doubt anyone at PFSHQ would come right out and tell the person that's what they got fired for. I'm sure they could find some better reason than that. Heck, as I said, according to the IBA, they could fire ANYONE for no reason at all. Someone doesn't like someone else? Fire 'em. They don't have to have a reason!
: :
: : Mislead:
: : You guys post so authoritatively that I often forget you don't really know what you are talking about. The deceptive pattern is that if you say it forcefully enough and often enough someone may take it as gospel. Well, since I've gotten here I've challenged you guys repeatedly on your deception and you've been exposed.
: : Mark Coats was an RVP. He signed contracts when he took that position. I promise you there is not a lawyer....no make that a paralegal.....anywhere who could not make a sucessful case if he was fired for not going to church.
: : Step back, take a deep breath, reevaluate your mission and proceed accordingly. Because right now you are losing all credibility.
:
: :
: : : According to the IBA, they wouldn't have a "slam-dunk legal remedy".
: : : Part II section 10 states as follows:
: : : "This Agreement may be terminated by either party with or WITHOUT any reason or cause. This Agreement shall also automatically terminate in the event of your death." (emphasis added)
: : : So, as it turns out, Primerica CAN terminate reps WITHOUT any reason at all and the terminated rep can't do squat about it!
: : : : HO:
: : : : Great investigative work. According to this Einstein they were fired for not going to church or being reported falsely.
: : : : Despite their substantial income they accepted termination for this without pursuing a slam-dunk legal remedy? Sure.
: : : : Keep posting. You're too good not to become a regular.
:
: : : : : Ray you make no sense
: : : : : three digit I.Q. you have not
: : : : : Sitting in Friday in your office
: : : : : by the potholed parking lot
: : : : : As for Mark and Kim
: : : : : I destine nobody knows
: : : : : I know agents in their downline
: : : : : two versions the story goes
: : : : : One says they weren't holy
: : : : : they skipped church once too much
: : : : : Others say Shane Rudman
: : : : : Reported falsely and such
: : : : : The answer is that I'm not sure
: : : : : but neither, then, are you
: : : : : and neither are most agents
: : : : : who trusted those very two
: : : : : For when something like this happens
: : : : : and nothing seems amiss
: : : : : how then were they forced to leave
: : : : : when nobody is terminated like this?
: : : : : The stories from their directs
: : : : : are all about the same
: : : : : They didn't get along with the uplines
: : : : : and had to leave in shame
: : : : : As for Ray the addled
: : : : : whose insults are indeed silly
: : : : : good luck at the gas station
: : : : : I hear it's awful chilly
: : : : : Good luck at the mall
: : : : : it should be crowded all day
: : : : : Up there in Warren Ohio
: : : : : Far from the food court do not stray

: : : : : : HO HO HO = Dr. Suess
: : : : : : Please go back to your writing kids books. You know "Cat in the Hat", "Green eggs and ham" you did so much better with them. I can see your mentality is at that level.
