I can not believe a company would treat an elderly blind man the way these people have treated my father. They are only paying him a benefit of 100.00 a month when they should be paying him over 450.00 per month. I have had a lawyer read the policy and he agrees that I am correct, but UmUn refuses to pay him any more than 100.00 per month. We have appealed the decision and filed a complaint with the NC Insurance Commisionner. I am not going to give up the fight with them untill they pay what they owe to my father!!!
