I could spend over an hour explaining the horrors I've gone through in dealing with Prudential for the past now 14 years over a couple of insurance policies I had with them; everything from having someone from the agency I was dealing with forge my signature on a document, to having a policy lapse and then be reinstated without my knowledge or consent to the latest nightmare regarding a policy I went through a class action suit with Prudential. I thought it was all settled. It was a whole-life policy, paid up at 65, which Prudential agreed to pay up for me as well as take care of the outstanding loan I have on the policy. It took me almost 3 years and going to mediation to get this settlement. When I received my settlement check (there was a cash payout as well), I checked to make sure the loans had been covered, and was told they were. Now, two years later, they're coming back and telling me I still owe the loan amounts as well as interest!!!!! When does the nightmare end???

So, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE whatever you do, DO NOT INVEST WITH PRUDENTIAL. You cannot trust that rock any further than you can throw it!
