: This seems to be simple English, I can't understand why you can't follow it.
: NOWHERE did I say you were paid to recruit. The definition of MLM does include the words "refund" and "discount" but it also says "as the result of the SALE of such goods or services OR the recruitment, actions or PERFORMANCES of additional participants.

oh i see now, so your saying that if 1 of those mentioned it is MLM? like the word commissions? gee then every sales person is MLM? if you read your original post it doesn't say "ANY OF" if you read it carefully it does mean "ALL" not just what you want. according to you then real estate is MLM. car dealersips? any brokerage firm? want me to go on?
