From what I've heard (I left in the middle of the lecture) they want you to recruit 3 people by doing so making $3000 off their labor. THATS IF THEY LABOR. Now suppose you find 3 people, you have to make sure they recruit 3 people a piece so that you can collect $15000 a month.
