In going through my mother's documents, I found a payment to " Peoples Benefit Life Insurance Company, P.O. Box 1340, Valley Forge, PA. 19493 Phone: 1-866-252-8524" I called and perservered through a dozen menu questions. They are the former National Home, etc.
The said they would send me a claim form in 7-10 days.
I hope this is helpful to you.: My mother passed away in January 2004. I found a whole like insurance posity from National Home Life Assurance Company, but can not locate them. Does anyone have any information?
