To all that are looking into employment with Global One Lending and to all that are so busy defaming the character of this company. This is a good family oriented company that honestly cares about those working for them. Like any other company though, you should be careful who you hire in under. You will want to make sure the person hiring you has good management skills and that you and them are compatible with each other. Ask to be able to contact some of the hiring person's team members and ask their opinion of this leaders leadership skills.

If it is one area our company falls a little short in, its that they will give each person hired an opportunity to be a manager if that person expresses the desire to do so. The problem comes in that some people express the desire but lack the skill or follow through. But, this isn't so different than any other company in existence. We all struggle with the same challenge, finding good quality leaders. The one thing YOU have going for you in Global One Lending is that we believe in giving you the chance to show us you can lead through your actions rather than your advancement on your ability to smooze your way to the top. Its all YOU and what you can do! If you want to manage a team then you just have to work with your manager who will help you to hire and train the team you will be managing. NO we don't already have a department or team for you to manage, we are after all only two years and some days old. You want to lead, then you need to help us build that team for you. We want leaders not title holders, so you better be able to get people to follow you or you will lead nothing. Bottom LINE!

Now because we say "you will need to help us build the team you will lead" there are those that want to call us a MLM SCAM. Heres the SCAM, YOU NEED TO WORK TO MAKE A LIVING in this company just like any other legitimate company. So for those who thought they could be hired and then go out and hire everything that walks, sit on a couch, do nothing and be successful. Guess what, you were scammed! But not by us! We told you that this is going to be hard work. We told you that 50% leave the field (not our company, THE FIELD) in the first year. We told you that 85% will not last past the third year. And we did tell you that for those that do persevere, the potential for a phenomenal financial future is real.

Yes you get to hire your own team. And, you get to manage it. And, for doing so the company will compensate you by paying you some of the profit realized from that teams production. If this is a scam then I guess so is any other sales management job out there. Its LIFE in commission sales management. For those that don't like it, thats fine, go work for your hourly wage and continue complaining when your manager doesn't give you the raise you feel you deserve. For myself, when I want a raise I will just hire a couple more loan officers, help train them, help them become productive, manage them and take advantage of the companies willingness to share some of the profit realized by the production generated because of my two new loan officers.

For those who are seriously looking at our company. Make sure the person hiring you has a hiring process that includes a series of interviews. Avoid those who simply want to invite you to the orientation as the only step to being hired. YES we have an orientation. So do many other large corporations that actively recruit e.g.: IBM, Cisco, HP, Dell, REMAX, Caldwell Banker and many more. Your being interviewed means that this person is willing to take some time to get to know you so they can tell if you are compatible with their team. It also give you an opportunity to interview them to determine their management capabilities.

Here is a template you can use to assess the person you are being hired by. This is my process and infrastructure. Use it to formulate questions you will want to ask the person hiring you. I personally work almost exclusively off of online job posting sites. I put each person that send a resume through a three (3) interview process. The 1st interview is a 30 minute phone interview. This gives me an idea of what this person is going to sound like on the phone with their clients. The second interview is a short social interview combined with the companies orientation. This allows me to assess how this person interacts in public. They have to turn in a short assignment at this interview. This shows me whether or not they are able to meet a dead line as well as how good their attention to detail is. The third interview is offered to those that are willing to invest enough in themselves to pay for a certification class. It is $650 dollars and frankly if they are not confident enough to invest this amount into themselves them I am not willing to invest the next 3 months of my time chasing after them. If you have something at stake then your going to be a bit more serious don't you think? The third interview is a face to face interview, typically lasting 2-3 hours depending on how many questions the candidate wants to ask at the end of my hour and a half of question asking. If you make it to all your interviews and are willing to get certified then I guarantee you placement on one of my teams in your area and assign you a mentor. I operate and recruit primarily in the San Joaquin Valley areas and hold weekly trainings here locally for our team in addition to the companies weekly training meeting. On a daily basis I am fielding calls from my loan officers asking questions and holding one on one trainings with the newer loan officers. You should expect this level of leadership as a minimum from the manager of the team you are being considered for. If it is not, then send me your resume with a note about this message and I will link you with a manager that does provide this level of leadership in your area, or hire you myself.

My alias web address for recruiting and hiring is: Global1Recruiter@comcast.net

Now if my process is a scam then so be it. All I can do is offer the opportunity for you to have a career, provide the training opportunities and offer to be there to answer your questions. You have to take advantage of it. If you don't take advantage of what we offer to it fullest, is it really our fault you didn't succeed and does that make us a scam?
