Does anybody have a number that I can call for Travelers Insurance to see why they keep stalling payment of a legit medical claim?
I get nowhere with the adjuster. She is rude and my doctor can't seem to get anywhere with her either. She keeps stalling and delaying despite my first adjuster telling me these bills were approved for payment back in Oct. 2004. This woman is out of the Naperville IL office. Her supervisor does not return calls either.
Now she had a SIU investigator call me to set up a face to face meeting. What is this all about? I have already given a recorded statement about this accident. They were paying my med bills just fine up until they became St. Paul Travelers.
What is really insulting is that this accident was caused by another whose insurance has accepted fault. So, Travelers will be reimbursed for whatever they have paid out....
Any help would be appreciated.
