After their company failed to keep their records straight, the online bill pay taking twice the amount of what they should have, telling me that I did not make payments when i have proof from my bank that I did, cancelling my policy because of their moronic errors, and now having dmv telling me that my scheduled suspension of my registration is 9/9/04 i still have to deal with them because no one is picking up nj drivers. I hate First Trenton (a Travelers Company). Stress and anger that I do not need or deserve is the only thing that I have experienced with this poorly run second rate company. Anyone have any suggestions of an auto insurance company that is picking up nj drivers please let me know...Thanks.
