Fair question. If I write a book and indicate that YOU are an imbescile, does that make it fact? If your name is mentioned in a magazine called "Gays in America" does that make you a queer? There is a lingering perception that Primerica is a typical MLM organization, but that is simply not the case. While it did borrow on facet of the network marketing model, as well as some facets of the franchise model, PFS is actually a modified general agency, not terribly unlike a real estate company's structure involving a broker and agents.
I am always curious as to why people outside of an organization are so anxious and quick to hurl labels. Perhaps it is envy of that organization's success, or disdain over their own personal failings, that make them so willing to detract from the success of others.
