Well now. I spent a year being pursued by a Primerica "VP" eager to recruit me. Among his "promises" were potential to recruit and train a team, earnings in the mid to high six figures, etc, etc, etc. Sound familiar? As we know, this is all a load of crap. Most of the Primerica people I know (or potential people), were recruited from jobs at grocery stores, gas stations, etc. None of them make six figures, and many recruits I know of were "fired" after passing the regional insurance exam and providing a list of prospects for the "VP" to market to. For the record, I work for one of the largest financial planning firms in the country, and have had to fix so many Primerica screwups for my clients (both insurance and investment nightmares) that I can't wait for them to go out of business and stop giving legit FAs/FPs a bad name.
