Hello,
I am trying to locate any information anyone may have on an insurance company called "Premier Alliance Insurance Company" which a physician in Westchester,Illionis used as his malpractice carrier in the early 1980s. It's address at the time was 3 Westbrook Corporate Center, Westchester. Il, 60154-5735. It may have gone bankrupt in the early 1990s..
