I have gap insurance which I brought through Volkswagon in Highland Park, IL. I had an accident last August 8, 2005, and now I am trying to get them to honor the contract. After repeatly faxing information over to them; they send a bogus letter saying they owe nothing, and trying to take credit for the money State Farm paid me. If State Farm can take care of everything in two weeks, why does Beacon of Fort Laudale Florida take 5 months to even knowlege anything.
