My experience with Geico is quite different. They have always been prompt with paperwork and always, with one exception, helped to resolve any difficulties.
The only place where I find them to be a problem is that they are not the least expensive insuraning group aroud despite their advertisement that they are at least 15% less expensive than their competitors.
However, since they have always comethrough for me and have always been an efficient organization from my perspective, I will stick with them-despite the higher cost.
I have been with them for almost 40 years and other than the cost differences,have not been disappointed.
Suggest you ask tospeak with a supervisor, get that person's name and call only that person when ever you have a question and /or problem
