Misti - I don't know where you are on the food chain at Safeco, but you are naive to think this kind of thing doesn't happen. Safeco has many communication glitches as well as printing and forms problems. I know. I've seen them. I've had to fix them. The company is a disaster, regardless of what you've been fed to tell agents and insureds. By the way, your last sentence has a grammar error; it should read "There have...," not "There has..." Are you a college grad?
