1 - They DON'T say you are certified ANYTHING except salespeople! In fact, from Primerica's own website it states, "Representatives are compensated through commissions or referral fees on the sale of financial products offered by the financial product companies they represent. Representatives are not financial planners, investment advisors, financial consultants or other specialists who provide financial advice and whose compensation may be unrelated to sales."
Did you catch that? You are not a financial ANYTHING! Only a salesperson.
And further, from the same website, it states, "The Financial Needs Analysis is not a financial plan."
Let me repeat that, IT IS NOT A FINANCIAL PLAN!
What is it then? A marketing tool designed to show a shortfall almost EVERY time so that the rep can get the client in to the pyramid!
2 - I've got a personal account at 1 credit union and a business account at another & they will both do loans the same. What is your point with this anyway, even if they don't do them the same, ANY benefits you could offer a client will be MORE than offset by the outrageous interest rate your predatory lenders will charge, the front loads they will charge & the prepayment penalties they will levy!
: The courses you list give a person a "certified" title.
: Could you please point out where PFS says we're "Certified" financial planners?
: Any chance I can get a simple question answered?
: You anti-PFS sheep constantly accuse us of "not answering the question".
: Want to answer mine?
: I'm also waiting for the answer to the accusation you people make about PFS loans and how they're no different than any other out there.
: So, let's review your lesson.
: 1. Where does PFS say that we're Certified Financial Planners
: &
: 2. Give me names and numbers of Financial Institutions that will do a mortgage loan EXACTLY like PFS does.
: I hope more than 1 task won't tax you all too much.
